Due to all our products being custom-made, we sadly can’t accept returns or offer refunds.

Damages and issues

In the unlikely event that a product or frame is damaged, you will need to report this within 7 days of the received delivery. All queries should be sent to sales@workwearhygiene.com. Please attach an image of the product as well as the packaging.

Making alterations to an order

Changes to an order can be made up to 8 hours after you have placed your order. Please email us at sales@workwearhygiene.com with the changes you wish to make

Returned Post or Incorrect Address

If you provide an address that is incorrect or considered undeliverable by the courier, the shipment may be returned to us or may be delivered to an incorrect location. If the parcel is returned back to us, we can re-ship it to the correct address for an additional shipping fee. If the parcel is lost due to the incorrect address and you want to be sent another product with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
